How to create a custom TV show recording for a channel with no EPG (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to create a new recording in MediaPortal for a channel that I don't have an EPG for.
I defined and can see the channel in MediaPortal, but since there are no shows, I can't create a new custom recording.

Please advise.

It is pretty hidden... you need to go into the schedule screen and from there you can create a new schedule from the menu. You choose the channel, start time and duration.
