How to disable: Loading Windows plugin, Initialize.... (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Every time when starting MediaPortal first what I get is on the screen "Loading Windows plugin" and after that "Initialize.....

Is it possible to disable this because it takes some time and instead to get those messages that start screen with music, tv, movies loads immediately?
