How to display top bar and OSD and navigate within it using only remote (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,
This is probably a stupid question, but there a way to display OSD and top bar, and then press any buttons/menu inside them using only remote? I don't have kibord nor mouse attached to my HTPC

Of course. Just push the button for up on your remote, and the topbar should be shown.
Hope you configured your remote in MP Config?

I did that, but it apparently, instead of showing the topbar, it just make my film jumps 15 second or so.

And I couldn't find any remote button to show the OSD.
