When using earlier versions of this codec, all I did was to register the clvsd.ax and I was on my way. However, the new clcvd.ax doesn't see eye to eye with me. What I did:

1, Extracted the ax file from pdvd trail version
2, regged it with regsvr32 in cmd with admin rights, all went fine
3, codec is available in drop down box in MePo config

Filter won't connect in Mepo nor graphstudio, but I can select it in graphstudio and mepo config. First I thought that maybe the w7dsfiltertweaker was needed but I can't choose pdvd from that app, it's not visible.

    Help please.

I use shark007 codecpack pdvd11 with success. Its pretty advanced with a settings application to get it to work. Otherwise how about the SAF codecs from Hoborg. Ive never used it but it seems very popular.

I think I already solved it. Seems like clcvd.ax need a few other dlls to work properly. Also a merit change was needed.

You can install HD Pack 2.6 and it will allow you to use PowerDVD 10 codec 7 in Windows 7 and includes all DLLs.

i ended up copying the complete videofilter folder from the powerdvd folder and then registered the filters with radlight

yep works fine you just need to change the merit value to normal using radfilter after registering the filters

forgot to add that I am also using LAV splitter
