Video is slightly lagging behing audio with both MEPG2 and H.264 material. This happens with and without the new Reclock. I notice this with 24, 50, 60 Hz material, and also if I watch video using MPC HC.

The difference of audio and video is so slight, that I think most people would be happy with that. However I'm very allergic to even small problems with lip sync, and I'd appreciate any tips how to get perfect sync for audio and video.

You are using optical connection from your HTPC to your AVR ?

You can check if your AVR has settings for audio delay.
