how to get sky tv from set top box with hvr 1300 anyone??? (1 Viewer)

as above i want to be able to record sky tv , but im having trouble sorting it out , can anybody tell me how to do this or point me in the right direction?? i can't even get a picture yet! im trying to use the svhs connections on the hvr 1300.

I dont have one but I believe MP should give you 2 card choices. A Hauppauge Nova-T and a PVR150 (might be named differently), you have to add the PVR150 and add an external SVHS channel and map it to the PVR150.
