[QUOTE="aunghtain, post: 798017, member: 115986"] I have repeated uninstall/reinstall. But I still got the same issue. 1) Uninstalled MP TV/client with cleanup option. 2) Uninstalled MySQL. 3) Uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2010. 3) Remove MySQL folders from c:\program files and c:\program data. 4) I went into registry (regedit) and deleted all MySQL instances. 5) I also deleted MediaPortal/TVService/setupTV registry entries. 6) I restarted my computer. 7) I downloaded MP installer (1.2.1 FINAL). 8) I installed MP with only TV server option. 9) It installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010. 10) It downloaded/installed MySQL 5.1.39. 11) It installed TV server. 12) I saw "setupTV.exe has stopped working" error. 13) It completed installation. Here's install log from C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\log\install_1.2.1.0_2011-10-08_17-30-45 [ INFO] MediaPortal TV Server / Client installation [ INFO] Logging started: 08.10.2011 17:30:27 [ INFO] installer version: 1.2.1.0 [ INFO] ============================================================================================ [ DEBUG ] FUNCTION .onInit [ DEBUG ] commandline parameters: /S /noClient /DeployMode /DeploySql:mysql /DeployPwd:MediaPortal [ INFO] No TVServer/Client installation found: _var will be empty [ DEBUG ] FUNCTION .onSelChange [ INFO] Prepare installation...
