Have my card updated to the latest firmware (3.23)

 

AND running it on windows 2012 server

 

runs straight out of the box!   (installed the BDA stuff, desktop experience features and voila!)

 

all i have now is the incompatability warning when you start up the config...would like to disable that one but alas, you can't have everything
