How to make custom playlist with video streams? (1 Viewer)

I would like to make a list of favorite video streams in MediaPortal but am at a loss. Tried using the program and also browsed the Wiki. Is there currently a way to make a list like this:

Odoroku TV Japan (which links to, and plays "mms://dca.live.pod.tv/tandm500" )

Thanks in advance for any advice you guys can give!

Similar, but more specific, any chance for TV channel streaming support like beelinetv.com?
