How to record in WMV? (1 Viewer)

I'm currently using 1.0 RC4 and want all my tv recordings to be in WMV so that I can more easily convert them for playback on my Zune. What do I need to accomplish this?

Or is it already possible to convert the default dvr-ms format to playback on my Zune with the built in transcoder?
