How to rename entries in the main menu e.g. My Movies? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I would like to rename some menu items in the basic menu page. For instance I tried to modify My Videos to My Movies but I didn't manage.

The MP Setup doesn't allow something like that. Then I tried to check the skin XML configuration files. I hoped that I would be able to find some relevant settings there, but no luck either.

I have tried to search in the Forum but I only found some posts about the order (i.e. My Skin plugin configuration) and not the name of menu items.

Can someone help me?

Did you ever work out how to do this as I am also having trouble changing menu item names.

Go into the languages folder. You will find strings_en.xml

Here you can change the names. String ID 3 for instance is My Videos, change that into Movies and you're done.
