How to retain movie info db when upgrading/dowgrading? (1 Viewer)

I had to go back to version 0.2.2 to check out some bugs that I had with version 0.2.3, and all my movie info got lost (probably during uninstalling 0.2.3).

Does anyone know how to keep these info (and music info also) when uninstalling?
