I've read that MP needs to be running for a recording to work which is lucky as that feels like the only thing I haven't tried. I've left it: in My TV with picture on and timeshifting off; in My TV with picture and timeshifting off; in My TV with picture and timeshifting on; and in the main MP menu screen. I've always used the Advanced Schedule option and have set several record once and one record weekly schedule. I get the same 'Waiting' when checking what recordings have been scheduled and the weekly program indicates that it is next week's episode (normal) but there's still no recordings visible through MP or in Windows Explorer.</p><p></p><p>Can anyone help me and novaman?</p><p></p><p>Many thanks in advance,</p><p></p><p>\/era</p><p></p><p>PS - I nearly installed a (very) cheap copy of WinMCE I was offered, but came acorss MP just in time - there's a lot more satisfaction in getting this to work and it looks every bit like $$$ worth of software.
