how to start? (1 Viewer)

hi everyone
I am trying to start understanding this application,but although it's an open source code I don't understand how to see the source code.
the program files are dll and not something I can see the code inside,maybe except for the xml files.
so,how can I see the code,and especially the code that "talks" with the tv-card?
