Hi all, I´m a newbie to the media portal.
I like the setup of the media portal very much, everything works fine except the "my Tv" section. I have scaned for channels and found four danish channels and I can get acces to them all.

But unforutunately the dansih subs are missing, do i need a special program for viewing subtitels or :confused:

Second the quality of the picture is pretty bad, comparered to the picture seem directly on the LCD TV. It seem like the signal to the HTPC have a lower quality.

    configuration.exe -> television -> tv client -> Subtitle settings

    - enable DVB subtitles
    - enable teletext subtitles
    - select prefered languages

    Thanks alot for your quick reply, but I do not have the functions mentioned.
    Configuration.exe. -> televison then I only have these sub sections: Capture cards, Tv channels, TV channel groups, Program guide, Recording, TV post processing, Teletext. I do not have a tv server setup.

    Ah, sorry. I didnt read you system specs careful enough. With the inbuild TV engine its not possible to have DVB subtitle support (MS SBE limitation). The only way to get DVB subtitles to be supported is to use the TV server.
