How to translate Media Portal (1 Viewer)

Sorry to be a pain, but do these guides have to be created with Acrobat? I find it a pretty 'rude' application, and ott for most purposes nowadays.

As far as the content goes however it seemed to tell me everything I needed to know. I'll just have to find out the language code for Scottish now!

    Well any format is fine with me, but since the other documentation is in PDF also I made it in PDF also (although the original format is Word2003).

    And to find out about the encoding for the Scottish language you could use the link that is mentioned in the How-to ;-)

    That link shows character encoding, not language codes. Doesn't appear to be one for Scottish though.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_639 is a link for language codes, however I've just noticed that that the strings.xml file is always called strings.xml, so it doesn't really matter!
