How to use visualizer (1 Viewer)

Hey this is probably a pretty simple thing, but someone just asked me to turn on a visualizer, i went into the config and enabled the windows media player one. How do i actually get it to work/use it? Using 1.0.1 and streamedmp if thats relevant.
