HTPC ausmisten - Neues Mainboard gesucht

    ich benötige eine Emfehlung für ein neues Mainboard (AMD oder Intel). zZ habe ich ein
    Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 im HTPC (mit E2160). Als Grafikkarte ne ATI HD4200. Das Upgrade
    soll so günstig wie möglich sein, daher würde ich gerne diesen Komponenten
    weiter verwenden:

    - Grafikkarte ATI HD4200 (oder ggf Mainboard mit OnBoard-Grafik)
    - CPU-Lüfter Scythe Ninja Mini
    - Sound ASUS Xonar DX
    - TV TeVii S464
    - Gehäuse Silverstone LC17



    Wecken per USB aus Standby muss gehen
    Wenn Onboard Grafik, dann 2 Ausgänge. Habe noch ein 6" TFT im Gehäuse
