I had the same case until 2-3 weeks ago, all of my PCI(including Twinhan TER-CI) cards were melting which led to massive stuttering while watching TV.

Replaced the case with a Cavalier instead, a whole lot bigger but at least my I/O cards don't melt.

The GFX problems wad fixed by unscrewing the cooler, cleaning out something that could resemble thermal paste, adding something that actually is thermal paste and reseating the cooler, idel is now around 40 and load is max 80. The card will anyway be replaced as it does not give enough power to game at 1080p, a his iceq3 1900xt is on it's way.

The cavalier case will not fit in the tv bench.

    Minor update
The x1900xt card that I wanted (HIS ICEQ3) was not posdible to get hold of, so now I have installed the asus 7900GTX card (With full HDCP support), I can't believe how quiet the stock cooler on this card is, I can't hear it at all. The loudest part in the unit now is the hdd. Otherwise silent.

The temps are very well, The cpu is running at a cool 31 celsius on idle and creeps a bit over 40 on load. Gfx is idling around 55, have not loaded it yet.

I have diteched the pvr 500 and the internal twinhan dvb-t card, due to no need for analog card anymore and that the twinhan has poorer quality than the firedtv cards. Will be getting another firedtv making the total 3, allso helped the air circulation in the case allot.

Will try again to update with some more pictures at the link in first post
