HVR-3000 analog don´t work (1 Viewer)

Hi all out there,
I bought a HVR-3000 one year ago.
In MP2.2.x and 2.3 RC1 I get the same Error when trying to edit the analoge usage of the card:
"Unable to create Graph for this device"

Can anybody help me to get the HVR-3000 work completly.

Question 2:
Is there a way to speedup the change of TV-Channels?
