With the changes to the .inf still in place, it should show you the ATi Radeon HD 2400 Pro AGP. Open the Task Manager and the Catalyst Control Center (and go to "Overdrive" there). Select an HD channel and watch the CPU load of MediaPortal.exe and also watch the GPU load in the CCC.
