Just picked up a NTSC/ATSC HDTV hybrid PCI card, which I fear may now be an expensive wind-chime component. It does work (TotalMedia3 came with it) but the oem software is a lot to be desired IMHO. I'm not a code monkey by any stretch; but if anyone has any ideas, I'm grateful.
I attached a filtercheck & dxdiag for those who may understand such things (I sure don't
