Hyper-V installation (1 Viewer)

I'm planning to set up Hyper-V 2008r2 on my new htpc box (a tidy little hp microserver) and then have MP on guest OS's that I can switch easily. I searched the forums and found nothing specific but wondering has anyone here done it and if they've made a guide that would save me some time (or from chasing the impossible?)
