But since media portal can't find my card i have tried Add_TVCard_to_natively_supported_list - MediaPortal Wiki Documentation but whne i come to edit the file CaptureCardDefinitions.xml the file does not exist, i have tried search on in on the whole computer.

Open MP config at the top left there is a button to access user files, should be there.
