Hi all,
To show my appreciation to all develoopers bug-busters and forum moderators, what more can I do then hit the DONATE button!
20 European bucks coming your way, you deserve it!
I have enjoyed this ride for allmost a year now.. I was on the brink of buying a very expensive Set Top Box, that beside its expensiveness is also very ugly.. At the time my cable company only supported one HDTV model that did not have any recording capability whatsover, so I searched and searched and the stumbled upon Mediaportal and FloppyDTV, that seems the only combination to work with payed HDTV on a mediacenter computer..
And did it work? Yes it did!! Enjoy National Geographic HD, Discovery HD and History Channel HD allmost every day! And beside that, past summer also enjoyed the european championship football and Olimpic games in HD. Most of the time Mediaportal has worked fine for me. It took some time to get it all working correctly, and believe me, most of the time it did not work correctly, it was my own fault or the cause was something at my end.. and NOT Mediaportal!
Right now everything works Brilliant, for me no RC4 is needed, could RC3 be considered the final version for me.
