Icons: Is it automagic? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

When using the small or big icon layout in "My Videos," none of my videos actually have pictures. I know that in MCE each video uses an icon that is a frame from the video itself. Can MP do this or do you actually have to manually add a picture?
