Synopsis::
I've got a 26' LCD Niko Tv that i have connected to my computer via a DVI cable. When i watch videos or tv my images seem a little choppy, especially when changing scenes. But on every video i have a line across the top where the image doesnt line up. I've got a Radeon 9200se video card, the driver is up to date, and no updates available for the os. I'm running Win XP Pro. Any suggestions?
