attachment size restrictions is such a pain in the a** !! - rescaling image and re-saving 4 times to do this simple thing

Try useing Winsnap, very easy to use and good quality Pics that are not large file size, unless you have Vista's snipping tool.

uninstalled, deleted "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\" , reinstalled RC3.

same problem.

The question now becomes, what is different about your setup than mine regarding imdb, I take it you are running a Norwegian specific version of XP, could it be a language thing that is not being interpretated correctly.

I'm on RC3+svn, but the usual, cannot find things first time on imdb and end up doing a manual search which amazingly always turns up the film info i want listed first, but won't automatically download, besides choosing the best pic i want, everything else is fine.

Do not know where we go from here, unless a Dev can provide support hopefully.

this is the good part, being an IT-professional, I do not use other than English(original) software, I use English XP Pro x64 on workstation, and English XP pro (32bit) in the living room, and the same problem appears in both places.

only regional settings and keyboard layout is set to norwegian, there is no norwegian software on these computers.
..nor do I use any caching proxy or web filter, and other software like EXMM finds both rating and coice count just fine.

could the developer please take a look at this ?

Hi,
Language settings doesn't affect this, i'm using a Vista x32 Norwegian, Vista x64 Norwegian, XP Pro MCE x86 English, XP Pro x86 Norwegian & here it works just fine on all comps.

Don't know why you have this problem & doesn't seem to be any in the team that has it either..
