Yeah, search for the name without an imdb number. It must be missing from TMDB entry.
Can I verify for myself if the IMDb number is missing from TMDB? Can I add the number to TMDB if I login? How?
In the IMDB+ Scraper Options you might have the option enabled to Remove roman numeral from first movie.I did not experience a failure like you describe. It all works as it should.
I do have a strange small issue. I have entries in my custom XML:
<rename id="tt2948356" title="Zootopia I" />
<rename id="tt26443597" title="Zootopia II" />
I have both movies with folder names:
Zootopia tt2948356 (2016)
Zootopia 2 tt26443597 (2025)
Result from IMDb+:
Zootopia (2016)
Zootopia II (2025)
So the first Zootopia seems not to check custom. Like EWF I tried different file naming. No luck yet.
