iMON crashing and restarting just after boot completed (1 Viewer)

Hi guys!

I'm using the SoundGraph VFD which is integrated into my HTPC box. iMON is on the most recent version 8.05.xxxx
My box is configured to perform an auto logon with a non-admin account into the O/S and then all other stuff (iMON, MP, GPMS) is started automatically.

I have the following problem with the iMON SW: When everything is up and running, maybe 1 or 2 minutes later, the VFD becomes dark and few seconds later the iMON software is restarted. It is reproducible - it happens everytime. Few days ago, I was observing the ProcessMonitor during that phase and I saw that actually the iMon service was terminated (or crashed?) and restarted one second later. This is probably not really a show stopper for the HTPC but it is really annoying because after that restart, MP has lost the window focus. When I want to use the remote, I have first click once into the MP window to get the focus back.

Anybody an idea how to get rid of this?

Does no error message pop up? E.g. "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error". Does the Event Viewer tell you anything more about the crash?

Try a clean uninstallation of iMON and also reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64). Then install the latest version of iMON again.

No, there is absolutely no message at all. Also nothing in the event log.

I tried reinstallation already, but I will do again together with the redistributable package.
