Hi

I have an Imon VFD with IR in a Antec V2 case. Everything works fine, eg Vista media centre works perfectly with the MCE remote. However when I try to use mediaportal which is supposed to be fully compatible with the MCE remote. Half the keys are undefined!! only the directional keys work.

When I plug in a usb receiver it work perfectly. Is it possible to get the imon setup to work

Yes,

You need to add the program Mediaportal in Imon. You can define the keys there.
In MP itself you can see which keystrokes correspond to which actions. You need to map those keys in Imon. Also you can search around on this forum. There are probably a couple of .imo files floating around to save you a lot of your mapping work.
