But I tought they were going to send a receiver with it (a usb receiver, some cable you connect into the case, I dont know..). How does the integrated receiver works?

And by blaster i mean a way to change the cable TV decoder channels at the same time you change them into MediaPortal. The hauppauge tv-card comes with a controller that has a small cable that you connect into the tv card AND in the cable tv decoder.
