Implementing Personal EPG (1 Viewer)

Today what happens if your weekly program is re-scheduled ?
(like moved 1 hour ahead of time)

It will record something else - and you'll miss your show.

So what to do about it?

Either remove the schedule , create a new one

or

try and implement Bavarian's Personal EPG plugin.

It's basically a TVGuide searcher, which you can set a time/channel/day range when setting up a recording. I.e."search for CSI every monday between 20-22 at Kanal 5" - if a show matches , it records it.

I like Personal EPG very much,
but as far as I know, Personal EPG is still under development and right now you just can search for shows,
but Personal EPG will not record automatically your show in this timeslot?
Bavarian said he will keep on developing on that, but the recording feature is still to come.
If it's already working, please let me know.

And imho it would be nice to have this as an Advanced record option by default.

Yeah, it's not fully developed - I know...but if someone could turn this into reality, then it would absolutly cool.

I think he is still working on it and converting it over the the new TV engine... It would be nice if he could update us on this.. to let us know what is going on...

Hi guys,

I am still working on it. Currently I am updating the internal structure of the plugin. Also I am checking the new tvengine, what is needed for this one. Conflict Management is currently unterdevelopment for the new tvengine and will be needed also for the autorecording function in the plugin.
