In view of my previous experience reported here, I rebooted and also tried another CD before reporting this. Logs from the first attempt are attached. If you want others, just let me know. It sounds like what Mr Bean reported here more than a year ago. I can understand (as one respondent implied in that thread) that MP may not be able to rip any and all CDs. However, a crash is just bad form. Perhaps a warning could be displayed when MP encounters problems with import?
A minor issue that I also saw before the crash, was that IMDB retrieval was intermittent. Sometimes MP listed just the filenames. If I backed up to the Music Shares root and reselected the CD, it usually worked by the third try.
Nonetheless, for the terrific new MP version!
