Import Recorded TV? (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I'm being brave and making the jump from Windows Media Center, and I think I've worked my way through most of the teething problems..

I've converted all of my previous Media Center .WTV files into .TS format, and these play fine on the PC - I just can't get them to appear in Recorded TV within MediaPortal - is there a way I can do this?

You need the associated XML file. Have a look at a recording done through MP.

Not ideal but you need these files for the import (you can import them into video section without the XML though)

I know I don't have any associated XML files with them, as they were just .WTV files in a previous life. Is there a way to generate the XML files? If not, I guess I'll have to stick them in as videos - guess I can create a new folder for legacy Recorded TV or something...shame though - I can live with it, but the Mrs can just about work the remote control!
