[TV] Improve Channel List Speed (1 Viewer)

Hi,

could you please speed up loading the "All channels" list ? Within the TV Server Configuration AND within MediaPortal it takes soooooo much time to show the list and it makes no sense, because loading a list with e.g. 1000 items does not take any noticable time on today's PC ;-) Maybe 20 years ago it took one second to load it, but today it only a few milliseconds to display large lists ;-)

Is yours slow within mediaportal (1.3 beta)?

The list takes longer in the config util but the epg is very fast for me (under a second - 900 channels)
