[Configuration] - Improve "Keys and Sounds" sections

    Unfortunately I find myself having to map an Emprex MCE remote (which is actually just a HID device) for MP using AutoHotKey, so I've had to look at the "Keys and Sounds" sections and there's two major problems with it IMHO.

    1) The ACTIONS list isn't in alphabetical order, making it a nightmare trying to find what I'm looking for. It's sorted Alphabetically in the Remote section, so I don't see why it shouldn't be here.

    2) It only allows me to assign keys to ACTIONS, not to WINDOWS, so I can't assign my remote's Shortcut buttons to a key and then assign that key to a WINDOW.
