Dunno if this is allready in there, can't find it anyhow...

If I have a movie split into 2 seperate files, they are grouped if one is called "Moviename Cd 1.avi" and the other "Moviename Cd 2.avi" then they get grouped automatically, Problem here is that it does look ugly in the file-listing if the presented Moviename is "Moviename Cd 1" instead of just "Moviename".

Correct me if I just missunderstood how to get this right, but if not, then this is a feature, probably not hard to implement, that I would look forward to =)

Best regards

it would be good if you could specify your own regular expression to use for mutli-file films

Well, i Think I kinda did that... in my Mediaportal movie-catalogue I tend to rename releases to whatever movie it may be... i.e.

"Casino Royale Cd1.avi" & "Casino Royale Cd2.avi" but I don't mind naming my movie-files whatever you think I should name them as long as I'm able to, like in the movie database-option, pick my movie, pick my files for grouping and then pick my "display as" name for the movie... where as this should be something like: "Caisno Royale (2006), Casino Royale Cd1.avi & Casino Royale Cd2.avi" Display As: Casino Roalye

Catch my drift or is something unclear in my well thought "making it all clear" roundup?! ;)

Thank a bunch!

I call my files "moviename [x-y]" (e.g. "Batman [1-2]" and "Batman [2-2]") and they show up in myVideos as just "moviename".
