Incompatible Plugin (1 Viewer)

Hello, I am attempting my first C# GUI plugin as described in the WiKi.
My problem is that my plugin is shown in the "Incompatible Plugins" list.

• I am using MediaPortal 1.10
  (The current download link)
• I compiled with Framework 4
  (Less and the Namespace MediaPortal is not recognized)
• I referenced System.Windows.Forms and Systems V 4.0.0.0
  (Do I need an earlier version?)

Are these setting correct?

Hi, have you tagged your plugin with the appropriate compatibility attributes?
