[QUOTE="KeyMix, post: 412728, member: 91209"] Inconsistant Focus Issues w/ MP 1.0.1 and PowerDVD I am new at posting in this forum, so bare with me...:ooops: I am having some very inconsistant results when using PowerDVD to playback ISO's of either BlueRays or HD DVDs within MediaPortal. I am using Virtual Clone Drive (ver5425) and PowerDVD 7.3.4102 ( only build that give me HD playback support of both ISO's). I have successfully configured MediaPortal to use the Dameon file for Virtual Clone Drive to launch ISO's from within MediaPortal. The issue is as follows: * Upon Power up of HTPC, windows loads, launch MediaPortal * Goto My Videos >> Choose any ISO. Launch ISO * Mounts successfully with Virtual Clone via the Dameon.exe * Autolaunches PowerDVD and starts movies * MediaPortal fails to allow PowerDVD to gain focus * ALT Tab to select PowerDVD, movie is playing correctly. * Exit PowerDVD, MediaPortal gains focus properly Then for testing purposes, right after the above sequence: *Exit MediaPortal *Relaunch MediaPortal *Goto My Videos >> Choose any ISO. Launch ISO * Mounts successfully with Virtual Clone via the Dameon.exe * Autolaunches PowerDVD and starts movies AND gains focus properly!!! *Exit PowerDVD, MediaPortal gains focus properly!!! I can repeat for different ISO's, exit MediaPortal, relaunch and everything works properly, but if I restart the computer and launch MediaPortal, same issue as the initial above, PowerDVD fails to gain focus without using the ALT Tab to select PowerDVD!!!:o I did indeed verify that MediaPortal is NOT checked to "Keep MediaPortal on Top" and and checked PowerDVD and "Video always on Top" is indeed selected. I've been using MediaPortal for about 3 months. I did indeed have this working correctly in MediaPortal 1.0.0 with the latest SVNs BEFORE I reformatted and upgraded to 1.0.1. This is a fresh XP Pro install.
