Increase font size with NewsReader plugin (1 Viewer)

I'm running Media Portal on a 9 year old TV that has fairly poor resolution and I'm having a tough time reading some screens. Is there any way to increase the size of the fonts on various screens? Specifically, I'm thinking of the RSS reader.

Font definitions are found in fonts.xml. Be sure to clear your cache when you make changes.
News screen is defined in myrss.xml.
