Install error "MediaPortal Setup final.exe" is not a valid Win32 application" (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to install MediaPortal for the first time and am getting an error right off the bat that indicates the install file is not a valid Win32 application. This is being installed from my local C drive. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I just downloaded from Majorgeeks and that file works ok.
