[Usability] install plugins in mediaportal (1 Viewer)

Hi,

It would be great if users can install/update plugins in mediaortal itself (just like in xbmc).
Especially now when all settings will be migrated to the mp GUI.

Maybe it's possible to integrate the "extension installer" plugin.

I think it's better to integrate such thing.
The extension installer plugin is listed under plugins (confusing), it should better be listed under settings.

It's better to have it separate, because it can be updated independent of major MediaPortal releases.

I think this is okay, but it should included all the Plugins. Because some Plugins are not listet in this Plugin. And I heard from some Plugins Authors, that it is sometimes a little weird. The Plugin is availlable in the Download Section on the Website and not in the Extension Installer. So I think this should be better.
