Installation failes (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

I try to install on my Medion 8088 pc.

I follow the wiki videos and somehow i get the following error:
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869.

My OS is Vista Ultimate.

Any ideas?
