I go to the summary log and it reads

i can send the log file but it is very long.
on the log file it read:
this package is not supported on this operating system
action ended :skipinstallca. return value 3.
action ended "install return value 3
I'm thinking either my registry is screwed up or I am not using service pack 3 for windows xp. I thought i checked that though and it said i was.
