Installation problems (1 Viewer)

I´ve tried also to install windowsxp-kb927544-x86-enu.exe for the same reason, but it refuses to install because my SO is in spanish, an there is no a spanish version of the patch.

Any ideas?

Ok, I have solved the problem. The real solution was to install the SP3, but I didn´t want to, so I extracted the two required files (qcap.dll and quartz.dll) and copy them to the windos/system32 folder.

Now it starts fine.
