Installed ffdshow, but can't choose it (1 Viewer)

    Because MP wasn't able to play some of my files, I decided to install ffdshow (that's a pack of codecs, right?) . But no new codecs show up under video codecs. (ffdshow shows up under audio, though)

    How can I find the new codec? :)

    It works :) I got some help on IRC, and was told that only mpeg2-codecs should show up here. The other ones should work if files played in WMP. I was unlucky, and the file I tested with needed another codec ;)
