[confirm] Installer: Small "SetMerit" Installer Problem (1 Viewer)

When updating client from 1.2.0 Alpha to Beta during installation of the MePo (so after DX9 and before TV Plugin) I got the Windows error message (Close run again or Debug I think it was) for SetMerit.exe.

This happened with every installation until I rebooted and installed again.
I am assuming something to do with DirectX update?

No logs since there has been nothing to log.
