Installing analog cable channels (1 Viewer)

I have successfully installed media portal 0.2.3.9 wit a hauppage 350
I have a cable network but when I want to do a TV autotune in the setup I can not select my city form the list (there are only 4 cities in the list for belgium).
If I take another city the mapping is wrong.
I have a complete list of channel/frequencies.
Is it possible to add my city to the list so other people can also use it.
I tried to install the channels manually but i don't understand the numbering.
What does the"channel number for ? Is it the preset number ?
It is definitly not the tuner channel number, that should be someting like E3, S4, ..
Or is there a translation possible between these number and the (decimal) numbers in the properties field.
I also tried a scan. Then everithng looks more or less OK but the in most cases the name of the actual program becomes the channel name.

Hi,
Yous should be able to scan for channels in MP Configuration -> Television -> Capture Cards -> ""Your card name" & right click & edit & one of the tabs has the scan option.

If you will make alist it should be like this one & it can then be added to the list:

This has to be uploaded to our ftp where you download all those from on import, so if you make a list like that i can add it.

Find the (xml?) code for my city below.
How do I find out if it is put on the FTP site ?
Does it automatically appear in the drop dowm box under MP Configuration -> Television -> Capture Cards -> ""Your card name" ... or do I have to download it again in any way ?

The number should be the channel number which correspond to frequency:
Example: the frequency 189.25 = 8:
