[QUOTE="pdiaz, post: 509570, member: 57690"] Hi everyone, I am currently running MP/MPS 1.0.2 in a single seat installation. It all works really well except that PowerScheduler occasionally will place my system in standby even though it shouldn't. It also occasionally wakes up the system unexpectedly but this is less common. Some examples include: - MP Client NOT in home screen (idle, not playing media) - I have selected not to shutdown except in home screen in Config - I have uTorrent scheduled to start at 2:09am and close at 2:00pm via TaskScheduler. uTorrent is in the Processes list of TVServer and will usually prevent standby but it seems to occasionally shutdown anyway. When I resume the computer later in the morning uTorrent is running so it isn't TaskScheduler failing to launch it. I have tried adjusting the time delay before entering Standby but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I have also restricted the Standby hours between 2am - 2pm in MPS Config but this also doesn't help. Here is my log: 2009-09-14 22:50:11.552000 [Powerscheduler Timer]: PowerScheduler: System changed from busy state to idle state 2009-09-14 22:55:10.601000 [Powerscheduler Timer]: PowerScheduler: System is unattended and idle - initiate suspend/hibernate 2009-09-14 22:55:10.602000 [Powerscheduler Timer]: PowerScheduler: Manual system suspend requested by 2009-09-14 22:55:10.603000 [Powerscheduler Timer]: PowerScheduler: Entering shutdown Suspend ; forced: False -- kick off shutdown thread 2009-09-14 22:55:10.604000 [Powerscheduler Suspender]: PowerScheduler: Shutdown thread is running: Suspend, force: False 2009-09-14 22:55:10.605000 [Powerscheduler Suspender]: PowerScheduler: Informing handlers about UserShutdownNow 2009-09-14 22:55:10.702000 [Powerscheduler Suspender]: PowerScheduler: Source: ; shutdown is allowed True ; forced: False 2009-09-14 22:55:10.703000 [Powerscheduler Suspender]: PowerScheduler: SetWakeupTimer 2009-09-14 22:55:10.712000 [Powerscheduler Suspender]: PowerScheduler: No pending events found in the future which should wakeup the system 2009-09-14 22:55:10.713000 [Powerscheduler Suspender]: PowerScheduler: Entering shutdown Suspend ; forced: False 2009-09-14 22:55:10.714000 [WinController exit thread]: WindowsController: Performing ExitWindows Suspend, force: False 2009-09-14 22:55:10.942000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: Suspend 2009-09-14 22:55:10.942000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: Suspend 2009-09-14 22:55:10.943000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: System is going to suspend 2009-09-14 22:55:10.944000 [PowerEventThread]: Controller: epg stop 2009-09-14 22:55:10.945000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: SetWakeupTimer 2009-09-14 22:55:10.963000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: No pending events found in the future which should wakeup the system 2009-09-15 02:09:33.510000 [PowerEventThread]: TV service PowerEventThread 30 2009-09-15 02:09:33.514000 [PowerEventThread]: TV service PowerEventThread 30 2009-09-15 02:09:34.235000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: ResumeAutomatic 2009-09-15 02:09:34.236000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: ResumeAutomatic 2009-09-15 02:09:34.236000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: System has resumed automatically from standby 2009-09-15 02:09:34.237000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: System changed from idle state to busy state 2009-09-15 02:09:34.255000 [PowerEventThread]: Controller: epg start 2009-09-15 02:09:43.926000 [WinController exit thread]: WindowsController: ExitWindows performed, result: True 2009-09-15 02:11:33.697000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: Suspend 2009-09-15 02:11:33.698000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: Suspend 2009-09-15 02:11:33.698000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: System is going to suspend 2009-09-15 02:11:33.700000 [PowerEventThread]: Controller: epg stop 2009-09-15 02:11:33.701000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: SetWakeupTimer 2009-09-15 02:11:34.724000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: Vista detected => DisAllowShutdown ignored in SetWakeupTimer 2009-09-15 02:11:34.724000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: No pending events found in the future which should wakeup the system 2009-09-15 10:16:12.507000 [PowerEventThread]: TV service PowerEventThread 30 2009-09-15 10:16:12.507000 [PowerEventThread]: TV service PowerEventThread 30 2009-09-15 10:16:13.097000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: ResumeAutomatic 2009-09-15 10:16:13.098000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: ResumeAutomatic 2009-09-15 10:16:13.098000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: System has resumed automatically from standby 2009-09-15 10:16:14.200000 [PowerEventThread]: Controller: epg start 2009-09-15 10:16:14.726000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: ResumeSuspend 2009-09-15 10:16:14.727000 [PowerEventThread]: OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: ResumeSuspend 2009-09-15 10:16:14.727000 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: System has resumed from standby Thanks :D [/QUOTE]
